This is one of the best run associations in the Poconos and has many amenities, such as a large lake for swimming, fishing and boating. We have both an outdoor heated pool and a very large hot tub. There is a play ground, ball field, tennis courts, hiking trails, etc and a big beautiful club house that contains an adult lounge, rec room, dinning room, memorial Hall, heated indoor pool, sauna, and steam room as well as a snack bar with sun room. Did I forget to mention they have BINGO. Also near the club house is the mail room and exercise room and a beautiful large pond. Gambling has recently been legalized here in PA and several resorts within a ten to twenty mile radius have already applied for licenses. The Beautiful Bushkill Falls is about 3 miles and if you live in the same zip code 18324 they will give you FREE ADMISSION all the time. The Delaware River runs along the bottom of the valley near Route 209 and there are lots of places to go rafting and boating. Many resorts in the nearby area offer skying, tubing and ice skating. A lot of water parks have opened near by. This is a family oriented close knit community where you and your family should be able to live "Safely and Happily Ever After". Drive up for a day and take a look. It is only 2 hours from NYC, 25 miles from Port Jarvis,NY and about 25 miles in from route 80 and the Delaware Water Gap.
